Nutrition
We don’t give our clients rigid meal plans where you eat foods you don’t actually enjoy. For this to work long term, you can’t follow someone else’s diet. We help you mould YOUR diet into a fat loss diet. We also teach you how to control your food in any situation so you don’t fall off track every 2 weeks

Workouts
Some of our clients are exercising 5-6 times a week, some are exercising 2-3 times, some at home, some in the gym. We get amazing results regardless. The workouts are built for you and flexible to fit around your life. You have your own app to track every session and check your progress

Movement
Fat loss doesn’t happen in the gym, it happens outside of it. Did you know you’ll burn 3 x as many calories with non-exercise related movement compared to actually exercising? This doesn’t mean exercise is pointless but it means we need monitor your day to day movement capitalise of fat loss

 Hey! I'm Dave. I’ve been coaching as a personal trainer for 10 years now overall with 3 of those being 'online coaching'. I was always the skinny kid at school and confidence was a big issue for me (being ginger didn't help either). So I got into fitness to change that. 10 years later I've learnt a lot, made a lot of mistakes & helped hundreds of women achieve life changing results.
Most PT's are 'hardcore fitness enthusiasts'. But because of this - a lot of trainers have no fucking clue how to empathise with normal women who just want to look & feel their best without huge sacrifices.
We give you your dream body through simple sustainable changes to diet, mindset & movement. Â
